Article 2 — Products The products offered are CHICUTOM 2-in-1 spray water bottles. Product photos are for illustrative purposes only. CHICUTOM reserves the right to modify its catalogue at any time.

Article 3 — Prices Prices are displayed in the currency of your region, inclusive of all applicable taxes. Shipping is free on all orders.

Article 4 — Orders Any order placed on mychicutom.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Sale. A confirmation email is sent after validation.

Article 5 — Payment Payment is processed securely online. The order is confirmed after payment is validated.

Article 6 — Delivery Estimated delivery time: 7 to 10 business days to the UAE. A tracking number is provided by email. CHICUTOM cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order without providing any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Article 8 — Refund Once the return is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the same payment method used at checkout.
